Terms of Service
Version 1 - effective 31 October 2026
1. Who can use OmniCord
You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law of your country requires a higher age.
2. Your account
Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don't impersonate others.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use OmniCord to break the law; harass, threaten or dox anyone; share content that sexualises minors; share malware, spam or scams; share other people's private information or copyrighted material without permission; record calls or screen shares without everyone's consent; or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us the limited permission needed to store and deliver it. Server owners and moderators can delete messages and files in their servers.
5. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Omni+ and ads
Omni+ earned by watching ads lasts 24 hours. Using bots or scripts to watch ads is not allowed and leads to removal of Omni+.
7. No warranty
OmniCord is provided "as is". Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Ending and changes
You can delete your account at any time. If these terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version.
